The Essex Hub CIC

The Essex Hub CIC provides prevention-first, community-based early intervention for children aged 8+, young people and adults across Essex. We help people access the right support before challenges escalate, through structured, strengths-based wellbeing programmes and trusted delivery partners. Our pathways include Reel Impact Angling, EquiMindful equine-facilitated wellbeing, Cirdan Sailing Trust, along with community navigation and volunteering opportunities. We are SEND-inclusive and support individuals experiencing challenges including anxiety, low confidence, social isolation, emotional regulation difficulties and disengagement. Self-referrals and professional referrals are welcome.
