Helpline24/7

Helpline is a falls response service. If you fall at home or in your garden and unable to get up at the push of a button our dedicated first aid trained responders will attend using specilaist equipment offering a dignified lift to get you back on your feet. We support those prone to falls, people with physical disability or restricted mobility, living with dementia or recovering from illness.

Who can use this service?

How are services delivered?

There are two levels of service. The aim is to keep you independant in your home for longer.  Both work using an alarm unit and pendant.

Monitoring and Response, where we will come and assist you up using our specialiast equipment

or

Monitoring only where after a pendant activation will call your nominated contacts

Smoke detectors amd CO monitors that link to your alarm unit are also available.

The service requires some equipment. Our installer will set up the unit and pendant. This is face to face and there to answer any additional questions you may have.

There is no set up fee and on a rolling monthly contract.
