Citizens Advice Chelmsford, in partnership with UK Power Networks, offers a free, comprehensive energy advice service for all clients needing energy advice. Our advisers can perform benefit checks, access grants, provide fuel and fuel vouchers and give energy efficiency and low-carbon advice. Our Energy Advisers will also triage to our other energy teams if necessary.
